The three national departments jointly issued the "Clean Production Evaluation Index System of Recycled Lead Industry"
In order to implement the Cleaner Production Promotion Law (2012 amendment), further form a unified, systematic and standardized cleaner production technical support document system, guide and promote enterprises to implement cleaner production according to law, we have integrated and revised the Battery Industry cleaner Production Evaluation Index System. The "Nickel and Cobalt Industry cleaner production Evaluation index System", "Antimony Industry cleaner production Evaluation index system" and "recycled lead Industry cleaner production Evaluation index System" are hereby announced and come into force on the date of publication.

The "Battery industry cleaner production Evaluation Index System (Trial)" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission (Announcement No. 87 of the National Development and Reform Commission in 2006) and the "Cleaner production standard lead battery Industry" issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection (HJ 447-2008) were also suspended.
